Booking terms

These terms apply to photo and video shoots booked with Magpie Clicks. Magpie Clicks is a brand of Bakht Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Secretary of State filing ID 2026-002087008), 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Bookings, invoices and payments are made with Bakht Ventures LLC.

Booking and payment

  • Every booking starts with a written plan and a fixed quote in US dollars.
  • Short shoots are paid in full when you book.
  • Packages are confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the package price. The balance is due before the first shoot day.
  • Prices cover the shoot, editing and local transport during the shoot. Balloon flights, entrance tickets and travel between cities are not included unless your quote says so.

Cancellation

  • Short shoots: cancel 48 hours or more before the shoot for a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours are not refunded.
  • Packages: cancel 14 days or more before the first shoot day and the deposit is refunded. Cancellations inside 14 days are not refunded.
  • If we have to cancel, you receive a full refund of everything you paid for the cancelled shoot.

Weather

If rain, wind or another weather condition stops the shoot, we reschedule it to another time or day at no cost. Balloon flights are run by licensed third-party operators, who decide whether flights go ahead.

Delivery

Edited photos, reels and films are delivered through an online gallery and download link, on the schedule agreed in your quote.

Your photos

You may use your photos and films for personal purposes, including posting them on your own social media. Magpie Clicks shares images of clients in its marketing only with written permission. Creator and corporate projects follow the usage rights written into their quote.

Safety and conduct

Your photographer may change or stop a location for safety, local rules or access restrictions. Drone footage is offered only where permits and conditions allow.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Bakht Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
