Privacy policy

This policy explains how Magpie Clicks handles personal information from people who visit magpieclicks.com, request or book a shoot, or appear in our photos and films. Magpie Clicks is a brand of Bakht Ventures LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Questions go to bookings@magpieclicks.com.

What we collect

• Requests and bookings: your name, email, phone number if you give it, travel dates, locations, group size and anything you write to us.
• Photos and films: the images we take of you during a shoot.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Website visits: standard server logs kept by our hosting provider. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and loads its fonts from Google Fonts.

How we use it

• To plan, quote, deliver and invoice your shoot.
• To deliver your photos and films through an online gallery.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We use images of clients in our portfolio or social media only with written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time for future use.

Who we share it with

Our team members in Türkiye and our editing team in Pakistan, who need it to deliver your shoot; providers that host our website, email, galleries and form submissions; our payment provider; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We keep your edited files available for download for the period stated in your quote, and keep a backup for a limited time after that so we can resend files you lose.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR and Türkiye's Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to a data protection authority. Email bookings@magpieclicks.com to make a request.

International transfers

We operate in Türkiye, the United States and Pakistan, and our providers process data in the United States and the European Union. Where required, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Children

Children appear in photos only with a parent or guardian present and with their consent.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date above shows the current version.
